Nancy Daniels Leirer has been a REALTOR since 1997. She has managed Andrew Leirer and Associates Real Estate Appraisal Services for 18 years. Nancy is not only a fulltime REALTOR, she is Coordinator of Continuing Education for the Keller Williams Greater Cleveland offices. She is also a real estate educator. Before entering Real Estate, Nancy was a journalist and public relations specialist in government and health care. Her strong communications and marketing skills are a benefit to clients.
Andrew Leirer is an Ohio General Certified Appraiser with more than 25 years experience in high volume real estate appraisal. President of Andrew Leirer and Associates, he has trained numerous appraisers. He is an AQB (Appraisal Qualifications Board) certified USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), teaching appraisers across the country as well as Ohio. He is also an approved real estate instructor. He has been a licensed REALTOR since 2001.
